The Trager® Approach uses gentle movement and touch to bring relaxation and greater mobility to the body. Trager® communicates a feeling of free, effortless movement to the nervous system, enabling the body/mind to let go of chronic holding patterns. Trager® sessions combine tablework and self-care movements called Mentastics. Mentastics are used to sustain the body’s freedom and fluidity of movement.
Come learn about this work with one of the most inspiring teachers in the field of Somatic Movement Education, Roger Tolle. Find out how Trager® can enrich both your personal life and your professional development.
Roger’s teaching style emphasizes the fluidity, depth, and elegance from 15-years of professional dancing, and more than two decades in private practice. He has written articles for national magazines, produced three decks of “Body Re-Minder®” self-development playing cards, and has been teaching Trager® and professional development through personal transformation workshops around the world since 1989.
In 2010 he produced a video for the internet titled: “Moving into Agelessness” which may be found on his website www.RogerTolle.net. It is in four parts for ease of download.

Testimonials
"I have been getting massages once every two-three weeks. But, it wasn't until I had BMR that I felt the process of toxic layers - caused by stress, tightness, emotional factors and restrictions deep inside my body, start to melt away and get disposed of little by little. I have NEVER felt this good after a deep tissue massage. Your body is BEGGING for BMR - Listen to it!" - Dean A. Powell, Massage Instructor
"I appreciate the kindness, wisdom and compassion of the amazing instructor. The teaching and the life commentaries were both superb." - Martha Tyler, CMT

Many massage therapists think of the chair as a tool for a "preview" of their work. This course will enable you to give a 30 to 90 minute, head to toe, effective therapeutic treatment, including range of motion work and reverse position-all without oils or the need for your clients to disrobe.
You'll learn all this and more in a course that truly deserves the title "advanced", where you'll be trained to give chair sessions that go above and beyond "15 minutes of relaxation". Your chair will be transformed into a portable massage treatment center, allowing you to treat and impress your on-the-go clients.
